I am just informed that packages exceeding 32kg must go by cargo. In my case I am about to buy an above ground pool which weighs 132kg. So I would like to know how to ship by Cargo?
My travel date is August 07. So what day should I bring the package for the formalities! Or can I have the parcel delivered directly to your address now? If so, please give me the address and any information.

I received a call and email deliver order from GTA Toronto as of 27/12/2022 to collect my goods.
I was sick (heart attack) in the bed heart institute Ottawa, and I sent my family to collect the items as of 28/12/2022.
I paid all the customs storage and terminal fee based on my original receipts.
I didn’t receive the 12 pieces package AWB 071-46713811 ,I called back 29/12/2022 ,the reception from GTA confirmed me nothing remaining in the store.
I call back to Ethiopia whether it was send or not and it took me time to get the answer,
Finally I found the package is in GTA storage counting storage cost to me since 28/12/2022 ,with no mistake from my side.
Can you advice me how to resole this matters please ?
