Bonjour, le comportement des agents de cette compagnie au Mali est aberrant. On fait sortir les clients qui sont dans l’agence pour payer leur billet parce que le personnel à faim et doit aller en pause. Piff
Its been over a month since i flew in from Gaborone – Botswana to Bamako – Mali via Addis, but my luggage has not arrived to date , i filed a report in attachment can you please provide more info as to what is the status and how do we proceed
Trying to reach someone by phone for 2 days now: My luggage did not arrive on Tue, 6/11 coming from Addis [route: 5 nov: EBL-DXB with FlyDubai then 06/11 ET to ADD and on to BKO.
There is no way of making an electronic search request for delayed luggage I could see. Neither FlyDubai nor ET.
Went to airport today, 8 Nov, to see whether it was on the first next flight from ADD, no.
BKO Airport launched electronic search now: BKOET10745
Would have been nice if I could have reach ET to do do this instead of having to go to the airport.

on my flight in January I will have extra baggage. Please inform me where to pay for it ? In advance at the Ethiopian office or directly at the check/in desk on flight day ?
