I complained to Ms Grace Tel. no.+255 656 620 990 or 0656 620 990 and she advised me to send an email to [email protected] and [email protected] which I did on June 5, 2017.

Hi Ethiopian Airlines Officer- In- Charge,
My name is Eyabi Valentine Nzo, US Peace Corps Volunteer in Tanzania. I traveled with your Airline from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania to Yaounde, Cameroon on May 2, 2017. Electronic Ticket no. 0711300759528.
I returned on June 1, 2017. We left Yaounde on Thursday at 11.50am and arrived Bole Airport, Addis Ababa at 20.10. We were supposed to have a Connecting flight to Dar es Salaam (00.10 – 03.40am) but it never happened. No flight was there to take passengers to Dar es Salaam.
Ethiopian Airlines lodged us in a hotel and we boarded ET 465054,58 Agent Code at 09.45am Friday morning.
While boarding the plane, the hostess allowed first set of passengers with their Carry-on (hand luggage). When she got to us, she told us that the plane was small to take all carry-on. so, she collected our carry-on, that they will be put under the plane cargo section. So, we boarded the plane without our carry-on.
We arrived Dar es Salaam at about 1.30pm and I got my luggage and went to my hotel. Immediately I got to my room, I opened my carry-on to get my Phone (BLU – Android ) and my Money, Eight hundred and Thirty dollars (US $830). Eight ‘one hundred bills’, ‘one Twenty dollar bill’ and ‘one Ten dollar bill’.
To my surprise, they were gone. No money and no phone. Ethiopian Airlines, Wao!!!
Dear Officer-In-Charge, please do your utmost best to recover my stolen items. Hope to here from you soon.

Hi Ethiopian Airlines Officer- In- Charge,
I complained to Ms Grace at your Dar es Salaam Office (Tel. No. +255 656 620 990 and 0656 620 990) and she advised me to send an Email to [email protected] and [email protected] which I did respectively on June 5, 2017; September 21, 2017; October 24 , 2017 and today December 5, 2017.
All attempts to reach your Ethiopian Airlines Office by Phone, Emails and on your Website have been unsuccessful.
Today makes six (6) months, since I sent your office my first Email regarding the “Theft of my stuff (money, US $830 and 1 Blu phone)at Ethiopian Airline- ET 465054,58 Agent Code on June 1-2, 2017. This is my 4th Emails to your Office and the 2nd Message on your Website (September 21, 201 and December 5, 2017) in the past six (6) months.
Sir/ Madam, Ethiopian Airlines have not replied me till date neither are they picking-up my calls again. Your Ethiopian Airlines Office in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania stopped picking my calls. Wao!!!
I need Urgent Attention please! In the next few weeks, I will be returning to the United States and your Office in America will be hearing from my Attorney.

Yes, you know I am a Peace Corps Volunteer because my Office, the US Peace Corps Office in Dar es Salaam contacted Ms Grace at your Dar es Salaam Office (Tel. No. +255 656 620 990 and 0656 620 990). Then, my Office gave me Ms Grace’s contacts to call her. I called Ms Grace and she advised me to send my Complaint to these two Emails Addresses below:
