Hey,
I have got your email from Ethiopian call centre . And as my issue hasn’t been resolved by any of your team member from last 2 days . So, I am trying to you as my last hope. KRJMDO and IAYYSQ are the codes for reservation . So, right now when there are less 20 hrs in the flight departure , I still haven’t any confirmed booking , Even though I had to pay for the same ticket twice and none of them has been shown up on my account yet neither any update . So, I wasn’t able to check in cuz of this issue and One of the manager from your airline said that I can check in in person . Which I doubt cuz I am coming from Punjab and I have to spend around 15000 Inr more to get to Delhi and If I get denied for board , What should I do ? I need a resolution its my continuous third day with your airline . I have never seen any airline that is this much irresponsible towards their clients
