    What Happened To My Tickets???????
    To Whom It May Concern.
    Dear Ethiopian Airline.
    I flew with you from Windhoek, Addis Ababa then Rome on 27-28 February 2019 and Rome, Addis Ababa Windhoek on 07-8 March 2019. From Rome my connecting flight was Alitalia to Cagliari. In Rome I missed my flight to Cagliari due the fact that our boarding gate B20 as indicated on my boarding pass was changed to gate B18 without any notification. When I inquired about our flight they told me that people already boarded.
    Alitalia did not reschedule me in the next flight because my ticket was booked through Ethiopian Airline.
    They referred me to Ethiopian Airline tickets desk where I experienced a wicked service.
    Your agent in Rome refused to assist me and pinning the blame on me why I missed the flight. She told me that she has nothing to do with me. She treated me like a piece of trash, to add insult to injury she wanted to charg me 180 Euros for the next day flight yet there were available flights to Cagliari that day.
    I bought another ticket through Alitalia and reached my destination.
    When I tried to check in with my return ticket from Cagliari. There was no flight available for me from Cagliari that day with that ticket. The only flight that was available for me is from Rome, Addis Ababa and Windhoek.
    I bought another ticket to be able to fly from Cagliari to Rome.
    What happened to my ticket from Rome to Cagliari and Cagliari to Rome. Why must I suffer losses as it was my fault? I am not the one who changed the boarding gate. I was standing at the gate written on my boarding pass.
    I need to be compensated.

    In data 25/09/2019 ho avviato con il servizio clienti di Ethiopian Airlines una procedura di rimborso per un “incidente” avvenuto per un volo del 28/07/2019. In data 01/04/2020 (dopo oltre 6 mesi di infinite richieste) mi è arrivata la seguente comunicazione: “Gentile Passeggero, i pagamenti sono stati inviati all’ufficio competente. Purtroppo, l’attuale situazione emergenziale non ci consente di assicurare i pagamenti nei consueti tempi. Tuttavia, è nostra intenzione rappresentarLe che gli uffici della Ethiopian stanno ponendo in essere tutti gli sforzi necessari al fine di assicurare glie levati standard che, da sempre, offre ai propri clienti.”
    Sono passati 77 giorni ed ancora non c’è ancora traccia del bonifico di rimborso (EUR 5.400,00!). Ho scritto diverse volte a [email protected] ma non ricevo mai una risposta chiara.
