Worst airline ever. I checked in two bags but received only one bag. Surprising enough, the missing bag is the bag with the valuable items. Since then, i have decided not to patronise their service anymore! There’s no point paying for extra luggage and loosing the bag at the end. The annoying part of it is that their response to my situation was very poor. Poor and crappy airline !

my Senior brother booked a ticket from cameroon nsimalene airport to China in March 2020 but due to covid restrictions he couldn’t travel
so he was told to ask for a refund at any ethiopian agency office in China.
