Awful service, have not received a response, I am being completely ignored.
It is absolutely impossible to make telephone contact with the Dublin office of Ethiopian Airlines. There is a recorded message which ALWAYS says ‘ there are 6 people in the queue and there will be a wait of 3 minutes 35 seconds’ – This is the answer no matter when you phone. Having recently waited for approximately 20 minutes without a response, I redialed and got EXACTLY THE SAME answer -‘ there are 6 people in the queue and there will be a wait of 3 minutes and 35 seconds’. This is extremely frustrating, time-wasting and, at least superficially, the message doesn’t appear to relate to what is actually happening.
I have been trying numerous times to contact you through the phone and emails but to no avail . Your phone is always engaged so may I please have a mother number to use to contact you. I was calling to inquire about plane seats. I wanted to know if you sell seats because I would like to sit with my granddaughter on our way to Zimbabwe and to have an isle seat. Please respond as I would like to know.

flight from Dublin on 16th September 2018 to Lagos Nigeria coming back on the 6th October 2018 from Enugu Nigeria back to Dublin.
I have been trying to book a flight from Dublin to Los Angeles and can get no response from your official site! Every day I put in in 2019 says ‘n/a’. Does this mean the flights are booked out? I would appreciate if you could give me a contact number that I could call?
