Do you know that online payments is not working in Argentina?
Viareps, the Ethiopian Airlines representstives, do not attend in person in their offices and they request Credit card and photos vía email, asking for all the sensitive data of the Credit card. Including the cvv. This is not serious.
Although yesterday Vanesa Solis, ticketing manager, told me that I can go and pay to your offices, when I arrived, security person of the building showed to me a letter telling they are not attending in person. Only web or whatsapp or mail. Today I sent several emails and one was answered.
Viareps really makes your name a very bad image.
