Hi I flew in from KUL to FNA on the 27/04/18. My Ticket no/Tag no: 0071ET370750. I have made a complaint on the same day I arrived that my luggage one bag was not found. The complaint receipt number is 009710 which was done on the 27/04/18.

I made several calls to you phone numbers I found in google to change my return flight schedule to Addis Ababa , if possible. There were no responses. I also emailed but did not get any reply.
I suggest you check ur lines and if you have closed update ur website info accordingly. Pls. let me know if I have to contact EAL headquarters to make the change, the penalty associated with it , their phone number /email/website especially for making changes. It is frustrating not to have any response especially when an emergency/urgent situation arises
I am finding it difficult to reach the contact the Freetown office through phone and email. I am trying to reschedule a flight ticket for a Malawian friend whose stay has been extended in Sierra Leone. The ticket expires on October 22.
The numbers, all 3, do not connect.
