its operated by LATAM chile .. i spoke to them and they have the service .. so they can be with my daughter until Sao Paulo … then Ethiopian Airlines takes over from Sao paulo .. will you be able to accompany my daughter to Egypt?

Mi hija viajo a Etiopia el 14 de Enero, vía LATAM Sao Paulo, al llegar a Addis Ababa no llego su maleta. Latam desliga la responsabilidad ya dicen que es responsabilidad de Ethiopian.
Al seguir el rastreador de la compañía esta igual en la misma condición, consulte más tarde.

EL vuelo fue el ET507 la maleta 0045371857.
El viaje se les complico ya que tenían conexiones y ya van más de 2 días sin respuesta de Ethiopian
