I tried to contact your customer care number in India & Kuwait,unfortunately nobody answer my call.
As the flight is cancelled. Kindly refund the full amount to account.

Tkt booked – Kuwait – Hyderbad (round trip)
it was the first time i booked the tkt through ethihad official website on 25th Feb, 2022 , unfortunately the amount got debited from my bank acct(KNET) but the tkt wasnt issued.
i notified the call center same time and they promised me that the amount would be refunded within 4-7 working days. now it has been 46 days but until today i didnt get my refund and they were asking me to call after 48 hrs for an update. they asked me to send the bank statement to justify my complain , i did but until today no response.
asking me to check with my bank as well. i did that and i forwarded the transaction id to [email protected] but no use.
call center agents doesnt have answer for my problem and they keep asking me to log a complain through Feedback option on ethihad website, but it was asking Flight number, PNR number details which i dont have (because tkt wasnt issued due to some error)…now i dont have any reference number other than keep calling the call center and giving me the Ref# DXWTET which has raised by the agent to communicate with their finance team.
moreover they are saying that they did not get the response from my bank it seems…i chekced with my bank on this and they said that they did not receive any request from ethihad…im really frustrated with their behiour….concerned team , pls look into it and sort out the issue at the earliest
