I have tried to book seats for my upcoming flights with Ethiad I get to the checkout stage and am blocked or the page does not respond. I have tried many times and when I rang the number listed to get help I was not given the option to continue to an operator from the recorded message.
Please advise how I can book my seats.

Hi Lewi Walters-Girout here still waiting for a repatriation flight from you guys.Any good news as i dont want to loose my ticket again i was fooled into a flight when panic was sown amoungst a groupe of us who sadly missed a full Quantas flight out of Melbourn late April.We all booked on a Lion Monarch Air Indonesia, Austrailian flight which was cancelled due to it being a non SAA repatriation flight by our Government in SA.We lost alot of funds and sadly made me weary of airlines and people who did not confirm proper proceedures.
My last cancelled fourth one was EY 0451 Conforms code JTVCVY for 02\05\2020 no new news as such.
So scared to cancell and get charged for all sorts of fees i feel i and many more on our soscial groups that we have faith in you letting us know when we can fly.What are the losses on transfering of ticket to another airline.

The worse office service. I’m trying since last week support to change my flight, the staffs made fun of me, do not answer emails, I was waiting more than 40 minutes to someone pick up the phone, the manager hung off the phone… extremally unprofessional and disrespectful service with the clients.
I’m trying to upgrade to business class but the site keeps on saying it can’t find my bookingnumber. Maybe because it has been booked through a travelagency as a package deal? Is it still possible to upgrade? Please advise.
