I booked online on August 3, 2018, as stated:
* 2 tickets appeared online as Mr. Mahmood Hussain & Mrs. Mahmood Hussain
* Checked in online as per the request Etehad email on November 8, 2018, prior to the flight & provided all the details of both passengers
* Boarding pass was not provided & denied to accept, due to my wife’s name on the passport at YYZ
I wonder what is next step, as customer service advised that they are going to discuss with the Manager/Supervisor present at the airport & then let me know about the situation?

I checked in a bag for the travel date indicated above. When the bag was received in Toronto the suitcase was torn. When I went to the counter at Airport, The Etihad agent was not helpful. She refused to register my claim and said that I have to file my claim online. When I came home to register the claim online, it is asking for an Etihad PIR number and would not let me register the claim without that number. This suit case was bought two years ago for CAD100.00 and since the fabric is torn cannot be repaired.
My card was misused on Etihad Airways for buying 3 tickets. I didn’t buy those tickets. Please guide me where i can launch my complaint.
I have been trying to reach ethiad to request a flight cancelation due to COVID. Have been trying for the last 5 days each time I have been placed on hold for more than an hour with no response. Now my flight is a day away and will be a no-show but cannot reach Etihad.
