I booked for a group of 7 adults to travel from Dublin-Dusseldorf-Split on Friday 24th June, 2022 via e-Sky. The connecting flight from Dusseldorf to Split was cancelled and we spent the night in Dublin and did not arrive in Split until 17:30 on Saturday 25th June, 2022. I have tried to complete the Eurowings online claim form, but the confirmation number I was given by e-Sky is not recognised on this form. How can I claim for the cancelled flight; cost of hotel in Split for the Friday night as well as the tour scheduled for Saturday 25th June?

My flight booking was cancelled with 3 passengers booked Booking Ref : PI164N on 21st March 2022. Despite 3 phone calls, 3 emails, an official complaint and claim with a ticket ref of 1743387. Eurowings have still not given a refund. A refund that should have been given within 7 days by EU law. – Customer Service !!!
Dear Customer Service,
I have booked a flight from Budapest to Cologne for 31 Sept (booking number: FKID9E).
However, when I checked in I got checked in to another flight to Dusseldorf (flight no EW9783).
As the hotel me and my friend have booked for 31 Sept is at Cologne/Bonn airport, either we need a transfer to Cologne or a flight to the original (Cologne) airport.
