I fly always with your company and have a Silver Membership from EVA Air with number: 2301398400 GC. With this membership I have access to your EVA Air Business Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport. My partner have not yet a Silver Membership, so she have no access to your lounge. Can you please help us and arrange acces voor her to? Now I am in Ko Samui ,I would like to check in at the bangkok airport,but due to the tropical stom BangkokAirways were more than 5 hours delayed.
