This is frustrating, since we haven’t been able to get through by telephone. We are scheduled to go to Seattle on 14 March 2018, Booking Reference UFMV6N, but received word that our granddaughter has been hospitalized and put on suicide watch. So, we trying to change the return to 8 March 2018, when she is supposed to be available.
How do we do this since we have been unable to contact EVA by telephone?
