what should i bring upon check in at eva air counter ?
The mandatory items at checkin counter are your passport, ticket copy and all your bags.
i have read that i if the ticket is purchsed by other person card the passenger should present indemnity form?
my ticket is purchased last sept 24 and my flight is on dec 25

ATTENTION MILEAGE DEPARTMENT
Dear,
I had the intention to travel back to Taiwan in spring this year (CDGTPECDG).
However, because of Covid-19 worldwide problem, I could not travel and was hoping to travel that routing this summer.
Again no posibility and even for fall this year it looks no good for that travel plan.
As a Belgian citizen I encountered a closed border between Belgium and France and since that border is open I encounter that I cannot fly CDGTPE because I’m not allowed to enter Taiwan.
For those reasons I was enable to use my miles that were about to expire and I recently noticed that Eva Air took away some of my miles but it is not my fault that I could not use them for reasons mentioned herefore.
Kindly request to put back into my mileage account those taken miles.

With satisfaction I did fly Eva Air since several years and want to continue doing so, as soon as Covid-19 restrictions will be changed in order for me as a Belgian citizen to travel to Taiwan.
