We contacted EVA AIR in Bangkok with the question about the possibilities to chznge my booking 4JN2NO into businessclass and the answer was that this could only be handled by EVA AIR Amsterdam.

wachten op refund sinds 19 maart 2020. zie serie E20200320AMS0022/ Member 2301377853CE. Mijn vlucht 9 april BKK/AMS werd door Eva geannuleerd. Op 20/3 refund verzoek ingediend . tot nu toe geen respons .Gaarne afwikkeling.
