Why is it so hard to get hold of you people? I have a simple question to ask and have tried for 2 days now to get your number in Bangkok so I could ask it. The old number and address of the Bangkok office still show on the internet. I finally go a number to call and then tried to reach a person but could not. All I want to know is “Does a wheel chair count as luggage to be put in the hold of the aircraft or can it be taken onto the plane as carry on baggage?” Please answer my question. I have previously asked but did not receive a reply. This is frustrating and should not happen. I have been flying EVA for about 12 years now and do not understand why it is so difficult to reach a person.

Your website is useless for anyone trying to get in touch by phone or email. Surely a worldwide airline like Eva Air can have valid telephone numbers and email addresses on their site for customers.
