    Hi. My partner and I will be flying Eva Air from Hanoi to Brisbane via Taipei. Our booking reference is KEZSD6. Our flight details are:
    Depart Hanoi on 14 January at 12:35 hrs on Flight BR398.
    Arrive Taipei on 14 January at 16:10 hours.
    Depart Taipei on 14 January at 23:20 hours on Flight BR315.
    Arrive Brisbane 15 January 10:20 am.

    As you can see, we have a 7-hour layover in Taipei. My question is, can we leave the airport during this layover period? Or will we be confined to the airport terminal?

    My name is Malcolm Hansen. I am booked business class from London Heathrow to Brisbane leaving on 24 March. I am think8ng about leaving London instead on 19 March and then leaving the plane in a Bangkok on 25 March in Bangkok and rejoining in Bangkok for the rest of the flight on 25 March to Brisbane arriving morning of 26 March.

    Can you advise how much in AUS dollars it will cost for this stopover in Bangkok in business class.That is to leave London on 19 March then stopover in Bangkok, Thailand from 20 March to 25 March then continue with original flight from Bangkok to Brisbane via Taipei.

    I have received the below message ( copied below) from my Brother JOHN LLEWELLYN GREENING, who at present is in Thailand.
    He has been trying to contact Eva Air in Bangkok, where none of the phone lines are being answered.
    Please can you tell me if the flight below can be changed, to allow by Brother to fly home early before the end of March 2020.
    Can this be arranged?
    Who can he reliably contact to effect a change of flight details, and change his flight?

    1/ Are BR67 flts to LHR going to continue in the current crisis?
    2/ If not what are new arrangements?
    3/ In the event my booking is likely to be disrupted what alternative options are available to me?
    I have a wife with severe arthritis currently at home alone in Uk and need to return soonest in the current crisis.
