    It’s my first time to fly Eva Air, its nice and I would recommend to my friends, but one thing I dislike and felt bad are the people who handled my baggage in Manila. My baggage went missing to my final destination. As per advised I did not claimed it in the carousel in Manila, in fact asked the
    Lady in Eva in New York thatI wanted to have it in final destination so no hassle in my part,and hadbrrn tagged in my baggage claim stub. I reported to the pal agent in Davao which is my next flight, they worked it out and the guy I spoke with that I hope i can have it within today, today went three days not, I don’t have. clothes to wear but
    No choice I went to bought, so disappointed! Their reasons for the missing, though it has been traced, and the delayed to send to Davao does not convince me. In short, lack of communications and coordination with the Eva staffs and PAL staff, I am thinking, Now, if I should fly to Eva Air in the future or not. So, disappointed!

      Maybe they didn’t understand your english that’s why your baggage wasn’t transferred to Davao. Reading your comment, it says that your last flight was PAL. You should be the one to get your luggage from EVA Air then checked it in again to the PAL Desk.

    There is no phone number to contact. Only open on weekdays., Phone numbers are not in service. There is no way to put a special meal order.

    My 76yr. old mother (a senior US citizen) who’s travelling alone today, Aug. 18 @ 6:45pm via manila-taiwan-los angeles had a delayed flight. On flightaware tracker, Eva Air BR278 shows it will depart in over 22hrs. I’m in constant communication with her and it seems there’s no Eva Air rep to assist its passengers. More so, they’re not being informed of the current flight status. My mom arrived at the airport 4hrs prior her 6:45pm flight, given said time of arrival + the 22hrs, she”ll be @ the airport for more than a day. I hope Eva Air had its rep assisting their displaced passengers. As of this time, she’s still awaiting for Eva Air announcement.

    Been trying to book a ticket to LaX for the last 24 hours but could not get through. After entry of payment for processing, it fails to complete the booking. Reasons stated are ” sorry have difficulty processing your payment” ” try again…..” ” system temporarily unavailable” and codes like 3006, 4636 appear,
    Have already called the bank and your office only to be told that there is no problem just try again. Have done it for more than 7 times. Kindly assist, thank you.

    My flight was canceled due to your company strike.
    My trip was affected due to this incident this included my booking in Hotel and tour arrangements, all accommodations are paid already.
    In order to executive all refund procedure, most of them asking me a letter from your company to justify my flight has been canceled.

    Eva Air is one great airline i experienced as one of the best. Starting from Check in, boarding and even flying was absolutely organized.
    I will fly again this coming January 2020 off to Seattle rest assured best services will come my way. Be it in serving the food, coffee and tea it was excellent. But changes happens for good I guess Seat Selection thru on-line they now charge. Hope it will not anymore just like before 2017 and 2018. To cut it short i love the food, but dont overcooked the veggies. I will fly again with Eva Air.

    My flight was cancelled today due to the volcano “eruption” and I was supposed to be inform TODAY if MY RE-BOOKING is confirm or not!! you have told me whatever the case I will get a response today but I haven’t receive any emails or even contacted by someone!! I’m still waiting!!! Although I have seen that other airlines have fly today to Taipei and I don’t understand why your airline was canceled to Taipei and other airlines were not!!     Calling your reservations number is impossible. 88643800. I am calling from metro Manila. Either busy and to call again. There is no waiting time, you have to dial again and again. We’ve been flying Eva air for the past 10 years , every year. Is there no other number to call?

    Considering that flight to the United States will only resume by October 2020 and we will be already overstaying in Manila, we accepted the offer of your Manila (Phils) office to refund our tickets. They asked us to provide required information which we complied sometime around middle of June 2020. It’s unfortunate that my laptop crashed and can’t recover the e-mail exchanges. Upon completing the application for refund, we were told that refund will take at least two (2) months from filing. It’s now more than two (2) but have not received nor heard anything about the refund. We booked another airlines for our return flight on July 08, 2020, costing us more than double the cost of our ticket from your airline.

      Good day sir/mam . I would like to raise an urgent concern regarding the EVA flight of my Son – Kevin Nicole T. Hinolan on September 3, 2021 at 12:40 pm from Manila to Taiwan then To Toronto . Flight number : 6954728562454 : Flight BR-272 . My son is on a student visa and his Class will start on September 7,2021 @ SENECA COLLEGE.

      My problem is that my travel agent here in Bacolod city, Philippines just informed me today that the flight is CANCELED and that the options are:
      1. Rebook on October because there is no flight for the rest of September.
      2. Refund after 6 months .

      My son is due to start his class by September 7 so option #1 is not possible.
      Why is it that we have to wait 6 months for the refund of our fare which is about 60,000 pesos.

      Our travel agent informed us that the other option is to book on available flights before September 7 but the cost is way too much for us which is 100,000 pesos.

      We would like to ask for your help because we don’t have enough money left for this very expensive ticket.
      Pls help us . We have to borrow money from our relative for the tuition fees of my son including his dorm fees.
