On the 18th of May 9PM, when we are supposed to go to the airport for our 1:45am flight on May 19, 2019 – I was rushed to the ER/hospital due to uncontrolled rise on my blood pressure with other health issues.. Resulted to, not showing in Toronto airport for our departure. So we missed our flight.
In this regards, may we request your good office to assists us on how we can make our re-booking of our flight back in Manila the soonest possible time. We need to be back in Manila immediately because we need to attend important matters on our respective jobs and family matters as well. Re-booking charges that may incur shall be considered, just let us know how we can settle it so that we can depart from here the soonest.

I’ve left 2 personal items on the plane BR0036 on my flight from taoyuen international airport to Toronto on Dec10 2019. Tried to call for over x10 within 24 hours. No one pick up the phone…. No where to report… Very disappointed.

We are flying from YYZ to MNL in mid March and we have layover in TPE. The Philippine Govt had place a temporary ban on any flights coming from China, Macau, Hongkong and Taipei due to Corona Virus. Is it true that we will not be allowed to enter Philippines? Can you please give us an updated info about this?

The EVA Air office in Toronto is very hard to contact which I fully understand. I wish to apply for a partial refund for tickets numbered: 6959460685170 – Charlotte Ostrom and 6959460685168 Bruce Morgan Bailey. We could not use the return portion from Jakarta-Taiwan-Toronto-Ottawa because Taiwan was closed to transit passengers. The on-line refund enquiry system will not accept our information. Our travel agent informs us that they cannot issue a partial refund. The date of the return tickets may have been modified in Indonesia. Please advise us how to get a refund.
