My friend in Vietnam has booked a return ticket ( Vancouver in Canada – Ho chi minh in Vietnam) for me via her credit card. She has come to eva agency at Vietnam to fill up a form Indemnity payment for me and scan it to me. Could I use this scanned form to show at Vancouver airport or I need to show the origin one?
Since this morning 9am, I had been calling your Vancouver office for almost 10 times but all calls being hung up. I had been flying with EVA air from Jakarta – Vancouver – Jakarta for more than 10 years and this is the first time receive such an unprofessional treatment.

My flight from Vancouver to Kuala Lumpur was cancelled suddenly due to strike but have been unable to contact someone from EVA Air in Vancouver or North America for the past 36 hours.
You do not even have a proper office in Vancouver and your customer service phone number is forever engaged. This is the first time flying various international airlines for 40 plus years to experience such a situation. There is no plan B.
You have to do better than this EVA air, this is very poor customer service. I fly business class twice a year with you but it looks like I have to consider my options in future.
