Hello, I bought a ticket online with my credit card for my 17 years old daughter from Toronto-Kuala Lumpur return, Ref: 57TT5U. She is a student in Canada. I live here in Saudi Arabia and my wife is in Malaysia at present. During purchase your website says she has to produce the credit card otherwise may be denied boarding. Please assist us to make sure that she will be allowed to board the flight. Please, advise on what we could do now. the flight is next week. Normally, in my own experience with other airlines, showing a scan copy of the credit card works well during check-in.
