I have tried different numbers to get help but failed . Phone numbers listed are difficult to get hold of a person. I’ve been trying to call to get passenger assistance but it has been a struggle

The website is horrible and useless for reservation changes, I had to call the two customer service numbers. Have been waiting for almost 1/2 hours using both the 2 phones numbers. Please hire more people!!!!!!
