The customer service at Eva Airways is terrible. It is impossible to get through to the Toronto office and I continue to get routed to the Taiwan/New York office who are unable to address my concerns. I had a 24 hour window to cancel my ticket for free and that has now passed because of the lack of customer service. There is no benefit to booking on their website. You are better off booking through a 3rd party. Likely the first and last time I fly with Eva Air.
I have tried several times and have not been able to reach anyone at the Toronto office.
