- Expectant mothers can travel in EVA Air till 36 th week of the Single pregnancy and 32 week for multiple pregnancy.
- After 28 th week, a medical certificate is required to travel which stated that you are fit to travel from your doctor or midwife.

The customer service at Eva Airways is terrible. It is impossible to get through to the Toronto office and I continue to get routed to the Taiwan/New York office who are unable to address my concerns. I had a 24 hour window to cancel my ticket for free and that has now passed because of the lack of customer service. There is no benefit to booking on their website. You are better off booking through a 3rd party. Likely the first and last time I fly with Eva Air.

It is very frustrating that its very difficult to contact your office reservation and customer service at EVAAIR Toronto. My flights for December 2023 was changed by you and it says in the email that I received “to contact the EVAAIR Reservation for the change.
I am trying to call for almost 1 day the EVA AIR Reservation at +1416-598-8808 but its always bust and no other phone that we can contact. Kindly please make this number always available to add more phone number so that you can assist those passenger who booked a flight from your airlines.
