I have just walked to your supposed office in Green Tower, from Lumpini. I was shocked that you have this office but have not indicated so on your website, a wasted effort on my part….and yours.
I wish to cancel the following two tickets Ticket number: 695 2449230847 and Ticket number: 695 2449230848, I booked these tickets on the 24th August 2019 at 7:54 am and I am sending you this email on the 24th August at 20:06 which is within 24 hours of booking the tickets and as such I believe that I will not incur a cancellation fee

I just email regarding US passport that is valid until July 16, 2018. Can US Citizen use the same US passport to board the flight on April 5, 2018, from Suvannaphumi Airport, Bangkok Thailand back to California even though the passport is good till July 16, 2018
Dear Sir or Madam,
Having flown with your excellent Eva flights on many occassions to Thailand, I would be grateful if there was an email address for your ticket booking office in Bangkok I could access. Your London Office was very helpful but told me that only the Bangkok Office Desk might be able to solve our problem.
The reason for my enquiry is that my wife has dual nationality, (Thai and British), the problem being, that the UK Passport Office will not renew her UK passport , which has her married name on it, as her Thai passport has her Family Maiden name on it.
In order to get the changes made in her Thai passport, it is neccessary for us to get it done in Thailand.
We are hoping to fly Eva Airways to Thailand later this year, on her Thai passport, (with her Maiden name on it) , and return early next year, on her Thai passport with the married name change on it.
Can we book our return tickets for our flight out to Thailand on her Family Maiden name and her return flight ticket in her Married name please.
Hopefully this arrangement will be possible but would we require any authorisation from your Bangkok Booking Office first, please.

I have tried many times to call your office in Bangkok but it is a wrong number, also unable to get information on the website regarding my flight from BKK to Los Angeles. Where can I call or email to get an answer. This is very frustrating, I leave on June 29. thank you, marion
