    Dear Sir,
    My name is Naval Kithania and I am confirmed for the sector HKG-TPE-HKG. vide booking reference number : O8E6QM But this time I made a mistake in booking my trip to Taipei. As per my original plan I was suppose to come on 4 March and leave on 5th March. But just yesterday I came to know that 4th march is our very big Festival.

    I request you to change the booking for 27 FEB and return on 28 FEB same flights. It will be great help for me.I am a Hindu religion following person and this festival is very important for me. Can you please help to waive the date change charges and do the needful.
