I would like to find out why I had not received any notification regarding my Eva Air mileage for a long time? KLM n AirFrance without fail will inform me about my mileage and their promotions. But not EVA air. I mind because I preferred EVA service over long haul travel. If my mileage had expired, why was I not informed?
