    I called to inquire about fares for my group of about 30 passengers from SFO to Hanoi and Phnomn Penh to SFO for summer of 2018, got a long message to visit the website, a notice about high volume so I should stay on the line, then a busy signal. Hard to do business this way.

    I’ve been trying to reach the EVA Air ticketing office in San Francisco for a couple of days now. It’s always a waiting game as all the agents are busy assisting other callers. I never had a chance to talk to an agent until now. I just wanna ask how much will it cost us in changing the flight schedule from Manila to San Francisco.     Today, 4/2/19, At exactly 8:30am I called EVA Air ticketing office in SF, USA and was put on hold (by automate) for 45 minutes, then my line got cut off. I called again, Waited for ONE HOUR and my line got cut off again! EVA Air’s customer services phone line is so bad that I don’t think I would book ticket with EVA again. Yet, its website was crashed when I press “confirm” button. Everything went blank! I had refresh EVA website, started it over with booking my ticket. Everything went through, but I got two confirmations numbers. EVA has double charged me. I called EVA 800 numbers and was advice to call EVA Air SFO (650) 579-1818 to get a refund, but I was put on hold FOREVER! This is my last time to deal with EVA! Too much of hassle!

    I’ve called the San Fracisco # repeatedly. I get the routing Press 1 for English, then Press 1 for Reservations. Someone picks up and immediately hangs up the phone. It is 10:30 a.m. in San Francisco so office staff should answer!

    EVA took over my booking in Ho Chi Minh City. EVA changed and cancelled our flight back to San Francisco several times. Last time EVA cancelled our flight was our flight for 10 April 2020 at 12:50pm. EVA told us not to contact their office until April 15 or 16th and they would attempt to book us for flight after May 1st. We could no longer wait and take the further chance for cancellation so I was able to secure another carrier for the flight home. I am asking to be reimbursed 1/2 of my expense. I know the circumstances were not your’s with the virus and was pleased with flying EVA on the outgoing leg of our trip. Waiting for your response. Thank You

    Taiwan was 0n lockdown when i purchase the booking in jan. 26,2021 but briefly open in march 2021 only for manila from taoyang, taipei my booking order is L6TKUR &
    Confirm no.# 4R8QA6. I received in mar.2, 2021 an e mail that my booking reserved for san francisco to manila can’t be fullfilled so will just be refunded. How ever i found out that EVA airline extinguish my paid ticket by declaring my booking as A No Show for not taking the iterinary flight from taiwan to manila. WHAT !?! the contract was from SFO TO MNL on 03/02/2021.Is this legal when their flight from u.s.a was cancelled? So herewith wanna find out thru the superior court of san francisco.

    On June 30th, 2021 I called and booked a ticket for my mom, brother and niece. The flight was rescheduled multiple times till it was cancelled due to Covid-19 restriction.
    I was informed by the agent that we will get a refund but may not be full amount. My brother and niece got their refund but, unfortunitely my mom hasn’t received hers until now.
    I have texted the booking agent and she made it sounds promising but there is not progress or no one bother to email or contact me for my moms refund how un professional.
