We booked our airline tickets (Booking Reference ML848P) EVA Airlines online on 9/4/2018. We were going to attend a wedding on 12/28/2018, but the wedding date changed to 12/29/2018 so I need to change the return date to 12/30/2018. I called to make the change
which at that time they did with an extra cost of $548.89 which I put on my American Express. Today I received an email from Justin who originally made the change that per his email (Justin-We tried to re-issue your ticket but you have booked the special fare that can be changed or cancel directly from Tokyo office. Please call the our Tokyo office phone number 813 57982811. Your card has not been charged yet.)
I have been trying to call the number but cannot get through.
