    Booking Reference QTZQSU Jones.
On 2nd Feb we booked 2 seats from LHR-Vantaa and a return on the Finnair website. The site crashed, and then asked us to book again. So we paid again and rang Customer services (in Bulgaria) to see if the 2nd booking had gone through. We were told it had and they would cancel the first booking. Then we checked with Barclaycard and could see that the 2 bookings were “pending’ and that another charge had been made. We contacted Customer Service again and spoke to a very rude gentleman who was unable to understand or solve the problem. He left us hanging on the phone for 10 minutes with no explanation. We phoned back and spoke to a rude lady who said that Barclaycard had failed to forward the money and thus a cover charge had been made. We checked with Barclaycard who explained that the website crash had left Finnair unable to process the payment. In other words, it was Finnair’s fault, not Barclaycard’s. This was not explained to us by Customer Services, and so we rang again and were told that head office were dealing with the problem. We asked for a call back once this problem had been resolved. We now see that the correct amount has been processed through Barclaycard, but have not received any confirming call back. So please confirm that we have the booked seats on the flights AY13332 and AY1335. We have frequently used Finnair for the past 40 odd years and never had a problem before. We also have Finnair flights booked in December. We are very disappointed with Finnair Customer Services, and feel they have been very unhelpful and downright rude. Nor have they made any attempt to contact us. We have noticed that there are many complaints and a very low customer satisfaction rating on the internet for Finnair Customer Services. We would rather not add to this, but expect Finnair to contact us and confirm our flights by email. A phone call to apologise would also be appropriate.

On Dec 13, my flight was AF4629 at 09:35 from Rovaniemi to Helsinki. I was holding an economy class ticket. As a One World and Marco polo member, I went to queue at the priority line due to the chaotic situation at other counters caused by lacking of man power. I shown my marco polo membership card to the ground staff. However she was so rude by showing me “black face” (I have taken her photo to prove how bad her attitude was). She replied me saying she did not know about One World or Marco polo club and tried to chase me away without helping me to solve my check-in issue! She did the same to the friends who traveled with me. As we kept complaining to her that we were running out of time, she finally gave in. I was really upset with Finnair! It is my first time visiting Finland and my first experience with Finnair! The experience is “sucks”! I will not recommend Finnair to anyone. Over here I do demand an apology from your staff and your company! I spend money to travel business class from Singapore to your Country. My feeling is “sucks”! Very upset

Trying to make a booking with a travel voucher and need to speak with a customer rep. Impossible to get through by phone either in the U.S. or directly to Finland. The chat will not accept any chat and they do not respond to email. What gives?

    Hi Customer Service,
You are extremely difficult to contact. I have a flight to Helsinki via Narita from Manila on May 31 which has not changed yet, operated by JAL. My return flight via Bangkok though on Jun 30 has been changed to July 1. However the connecting flight from Bangkok to Manila has not been adjusted accordingly dispite they all have been booked via your website the same time. Please advice me when Finnair will reschedule our Manila flight as well. Booking reference PC9ZSJ.
    Thanks and stay safe
    Hannu

    Good morning,
My flight was changed, but there is a mistake. My booking no. is PZ4YI4, and the return flight from Helsinki to Singapore was changed to the wrong date. It should be 8th July, not 7th. Please, please help. I have tried contacting Singapore office for hours, I was not able to change the flight under ‘manage booking’. There is no email address in the contact form for contacting Finnair in Helsinki.
The other 3 segments of my trip are correct, please only change Helsinki to Singapore to just after midnight on 8th of July, so that I arrive 18.20 in Singapore on 8th July.
    Thank you and kind regards,
    Gerlinde

I would to make a booking to travel to Finland from Auckland in New Zealand probably in the coming June with a return in September. I want to book all flights with Finnair so that in the event of having to make a change I have to deal with Finnair only.
I find that I can do this on the Finnair website but only if I travel with no layover. At my age, 89, I like to have an overnight stop halfway in each direction. I recently decided to make the booking through your Auckland New Zealand agent whom you have listed online. I have contacted them. They are no longer your agent.

An example of the sort of booking I may require:

In June. AKL to ICN, a one night stopover, ICN to HEL.
In September. HEL to ICN, a one night stopover, ICN to AKL

I am sure there are other options. Please advise.

Please let me know how I can make such a reservation. Perhaps you have a new agent here.
If Finnair do flights only I am happy to make the hotel bookings.
    Regards,
    Lawrie Crighton.
