    I have an urgent question

    I need to book a business class ticket for my wife, Bkk to Gothenburg .
    Every time I book with finnair directly I have to show my credit card on Check in .
    If I buy via Finnair for my wife I will not be at check in and I can not give her my credit card as I need it myself.
    Is the only way to avoid this to buy via a free agent like Expedia ets

    meinen Nachnamen falsch geschrieben (Wengmnn / richtig wäre Wengmann). Der Name meiner Frau wurde korrekt geschrieben

    I am trying to change the flight date for my return journey to London.

    Surname : OHARA

    Reservation: UXUPZD

    Old booking departs BKK on the 21st December 2021

    I want to alter that departure to be the 17th February 2022 – with the
    smallest stopover in Helsinki possible so that the total journey time is
    a little over 14 hours.

    Trying to change my booking and the website says “Sorry! Something went wrong”

    The Chatbot is also unhelpful … it says. Unfortunately I don’t know the answer to your question. I would transfer you to my human colleague, but currently all agents are busy and there’s no capacity in the queue. Please come back in a while! We’re open 24 h.

    Please investigate this and make the change to the departure date as
    indicated above and confirm the change by email
