I am a travel agent and would like to know first what the cost to upgrade from economy class to the next higher class (economy plus?) on the following reservation that is booked with American Airlines, but is a code share flight with you.

The record locator is W2MM90 under Gross & Steinberg.

Is there a phone # to call or web site that I can go to to do this upgrade. How much is each segment to do the upgrade?

I’ve been on hold at 1-877-757-7143 for more than half an hour. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Nobody ever answers – just an automated menu. Very poor customer service!!!

Need to confirm that I am on Flight 5800 from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to Frankfurt, Germany on 10-07-18. Also I need to know how I can check my seat assignment and if you are partnered with American Airlines or British Airways out of the DFW airport. Thanks.

We’ve just spent an hour trying to call you. The numbers listed either don’t work or busy, or Iceland Air? We need to talk to you regarding our reservations and your flight changes. This is NOT customer service.

    Good Afternoon,

I have a flight to Rome booked for April 26th Flight # AY 5795 – Record Locator: T8FACF. I would like to cancel the flight and be reimbursed for the flight due to the complications of traveling to Italy due to the coronavirus. I do not want to rebook the flight at this time as I’m 76 years old and feel uncomfortable traveling now. (I have been trying to call the last several days, but after I’m on hold for 15-20 minutes, I have to hang up.) Please advise.

Hello, I am a Finnair Plus member, I have points I would like to redeem. I live in New York.
Can you tell me how I can use my points? I checked your main website, I can exchange my points for some merchandise but they charge a lot for international shipping. Do you have a facility in the US, some other website where the delivery would be local?

    Please let me know.

    Thank you,

Finnair changed my daughters flight to a earlier day including a 16 hour stop over in Helsinki. I booked with Expedia but they have been unsuccessful in trying to reach you. How can you do that? Further none of your phone numbers work. Please let me know what I can do to help change my daughters flight which you changed.
