FitsAir (formerly known as ExpoAir), is a Sri Lankan airline. It operates scheduled passenger service within Sri Lanka, as well as international cargo flights to several cities in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa and also operates charter flights to India as well. ExpoAir was the first airline in Sri Lanka to be certified under the International Civil Aviation Organization ( ICAO) annex requirements, as well as being the first domestic airline to be certified by the Department of Civil Aviation to commence flights to Jaffna. Expo Aviation was established in 1997, with operations commencing in 1998 using 2 Antonov An-8 aircraft, which were later replaced by An-12s.

On 2nd February we flew with your airline from Colombo to Dubai on flight 8D 0821 flight at 13:25. Our seats were 1A, 2A and 2C. Upon arrival, my son forgot his Apple AirPods Pro on the plane.
Unfortunately, we discovered the lack when we had already left the airport and had not filled out the complaint form.
The phone app “Find My” showed us that the headphones were left on the plane.
Please advise what I can do in this case.
