Travel while pregnant with Flyadeal
If you are expecting, congratulations! Please note that expectant mothers can travel with up to and including their 32nd week of pregnancy. However, if you are between 28-32 (inclusive) weeks, you must produce a Medical Form authorising travel. The form must:
- be dated within seven (7) days of travel
- be written or printed in Arabic or English
- state clearly the number of weeks of pregnancy and the expected due date
- confirm the pregnancy is free of any complications
- confirm the Expectant Mother is ‘fit to fly’
- be signed and stamped by a Doctor. Medical certificates signed by nurses or midwives will not be accepted.
For the safety of your baby and yourself, you will not be accepted for travel if your pregnancy is at 33 weeks or more.

Request For Refund
I have been trying to get my Refunds for the 4 tickets of Flyadeal Airlines that we bought through Clear Trip for
1) Travel from Riyadh to Jeddah (Booking ID 10884903), and
2) Return for the same 4 passengers from Madinah to Riyadh (Booking ID10884864).
3) This entire trip was only for performing Umrah. We had confirmed Hotel reservations from 19 March to 25 March in Makkah and Madinah. Both hotels promptly refunded our full money because of Coronavirus.
4) Also, two of the passengers in those aforementioned trip were US citizens (myself and my wife Arifa Khan). We were not allowed to travel from Chicago to Riyadh to continue our pilgrimage for Umrah, as Turkish airlines cancelled our tickets from Chicago to Riyadh

I had a Flight booked for the 26 March 2020 and to return My the 28 March 2020 from Dammam to Jedda but i requested a refund due to the .coronavirus. I got an email to say that my request is being looked at and will be refunded soon. Up till now i got no refund yet. My booking ref is N1C17L and the return ref is AD2M6R.
