    My GARUDA membership nr. is 113 365 615, with a Silver status and over 65.000 miles.
    I am based in the Netherlands and would like to redeem the miles for a return ticket from Amsterdam to Jakarta, travelling on Thursday 21 December, returning on Tuesday 2 January 2018. I tried to call the Jakarta telephone nr. but it always sounds occupied.

    I am writing regarding flight GA 89 on Oct 26th from Amsterdam Airport (AMS) to Jakarta Airport (CGK) with the scheduled departure time of 12:05pm.

    I was a passenger in that flight (Yonathan Shiran). My confirmation number is #3916634343 and my booking reference is ULXR5E. This flight arrived several hours late at Jakarta.

    The judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Tui & others v CAA confirmed the applicability of compensation for delay as set out in the Sturgeon case. As such, I am seeking compensation under EC Regulation 261/2004 for this delayed flight.

    My scheduled flight length was well over 3500km and therefore I am seeking ā‚¬600 in compensation, as per European law.

    I look forward to hearing from you and would welcome a response in 14 days,

    My wife and I , 64 and 65 years, are leaving in Paris. We plan to use Garuda in January from Denpasar to Makassar, Biak, Jayapura and back to Denpasar. This makes four flights and fall therefore within the range of the wonderful travel pass (https://www.garuda-indonesia.com/kr/en/special-offers/sales-promotion/wonderful-id-travel-pass.page). To take this tickets, do I need to come to Schiphol from Paris? I tried to call you but without any success. Apparentely, this type of fare is not available through the website. Alternativerly have you a travel agent in Paris who is allowed to sell this type of pass?

    I will Refund for extra cost for flight seat what I have paid for flight GA89 and GA88 at 12 March 2020 and 26/27 March 2020 but never get that seats. ( Q8PVUL )
    I have paid ā‚¬.156,00 at 12 January 2020 for extra leg seat but there was I change of aircraft type on 12 march 2020 from Amsterdam to Jarkarta and from Densapar to Jarkarta and to Amsterdam at 26/27 March 2020

    Dear Sir, Madam,

    Because Cathay’s Pacific flight was canceled we were forced to book another flight back to Amsterdam.We bought 2 tickets at Garuda for the return journey. These tickets were sold to us for the price of ā‚¬ 1776 one way per person. So that will be in total ā‚¬ 2352. However, the Visa has been debited for this ā‚¬ 2484.06.After contacting the Visa, it appears that the amount was offered to the Visa when the IDR’s exchange rate was higher.How is this possible when the purchase said that the tickets cost ā‚¬1776?
    This prevents us from buying a plane ticket from Garuda again next time.
    I would like to receive an explanation about this, including why a single trip should be so expensive.

    Hi, My name is jiwoong Kim lived in Korea.

    I booked a flight from Korea to Bali through TravelGenio last year.

    As you know,I made a request to cancel the flight ticket to TravelGenio because of corona19, but TravelGenio replied that it should be canceled by Garuda Airlines before.

    I asked for a flight ticket cancellation, The reason why the Korean branch of Garuda Airlines said that it should be canceled at the garuda airlines Amsterdam branch.

    So, I need to some documents that a refund authorization (with your name, flight cancelled, stamp of the airline and date in English) or the flight cancellation certificate issued by the airline.
