    I am a very angry mother from South Africa that needs your airline cargo department to sort out your mess.
    My daughter, Sjenade Williams and her partner flew to Jakarta, Indonesia on Geruda Airlines on 17 October 2022 with their 4 animals in cargo.
    Only to arrive in Jakarta, Indonesia and be told that their animals are not allowed into Indonesia because there is a ban on animals entering Indonesia from China!!! The animals have been on the cargo floor for 5 days now!!!!
    How could you allow this if you were aware of this ban that have been in place for some time now? Someone needs to reimburse them or I will contact International Fraud to report the matter.
    The Ministry of Commerce told me this ban has been in place a while and sent me all the legal and government documents to confirm this.
    I attach all their details – flight numbers and waybills for you to resolve or refer to someone that can.
    I look forward to your urgent response!
