    Selamat Sore, I sent this email this morning but it was undeliverable.
    I am travelling Melbourne to Bali on Wednesday 9th August Ft 719, Returning Denpasar to Melbourne 28August Ft 718.
    I wish to advise you that I will be needing to take a CPAP machine to assist with my breathing.
    I will NOT need to use it on board. I have a letter from my Doctor testifying to my need.
    It is my intention to carry it on board.
    Details are Brand: System One,
    Dimensions : W 14cm, L 18cm, H 9cm.

    I will pack the small electric plug/transformer in the suitcase.

    #Extremly TERRIBLE services and POOR communciation# #DO NOT USE IT#
    I booked a ticket about two months before the flight date 13 Jun 2020, and being informed on 19 May 2020 that my flight has been cancelled. I emailed Garuda Indonesia, and also phoned call centre. The call centre told me there is no cash refund available but only travel voucher, I had no choice didn’t want all my money wasted away. But after a week, Garuda emailed me back and transferred me to Melbourne ticket office, the ticket office told me I can get cash refund but need to pay $125 penalty, they asked me to email e-booking team. CAN’T BELIEVE IT! I was been pushed around and finally e-booking centre told me I cannot get a cash refund since I have been processed a travel voucher, vouchers are not refundable!!! I am really disappointed about Garuda!!! They are lying and hiding and once you paid the ticket there is no way for you to change plans!!!! DO NOT USE IT!!!

    It just about impossible to get through to the Melbourne Ticket office i waited almost 20 mins today then was asked to leave my details for a call back then was cut off .

    Tried again and ended up at the Sydney office that couldnt help me but said they would get the Melbourne office to call me and of course no one has called back yet.

    The previous time i tried phoning the melbourne office my call was sent to Perth.

    Another time when i tried calling there was a voice message saying my called could no be processed duu to technical issiues.

    Tried emailing them just got an automated response saying they are busy and will get to my email later.
    I mean really what else can i do ?do i need to visit the office in person?
