    Good Morning /Afternoon

    I am requesting information regarding our delayed flight GA 451 from Praya to Dempasar on February 19. This flight was delayed for 9 hours causing us to miss our connection flight back to Perth. Our insurance company wants written information regarding the reasons this flight was delayed and for how long,also what compensation was offered to us. They also require in writing the cost of this flight. We paid 1,816,800 IDR for our ticket.
    Please reply ASAP by email so we can complete our claim to Cover More Travel insurance.

    I flew to Bali with Garuda several months ago and since then I am bombarded with travel and sales info on my mobile phone. There is no STOP or UNSUSCRIBE opportunity and the messages from Garuda, on average three per week are sometimes in Indonesian or English.
    I have not authorised online receipt of material from Garuda. It is harassment and I want it stopped but calls to Garuda office in Perth are just a waste of time – nothing they can do!!!.

    I would appreciate an answer to this email so I can provide you with phone number, etc in the hope that someone in Garuda can put an end to this.

    Garuda Indonesia Perth,

    My flight from Amsterdam to Jakarta on October 5 has now been changed to Amsterdam to Denpesar (Bali). The flight to Bail arrives at 11:05 am on Sunday 6th October. Unfortunately, I have a connecting flight to Perth that leaves from Jakarta at 10:20 am on the Sunday 6th October.
    Garuda Indonesia have changed the flight booking and this will mean I will miss my connecting flight back to Perth. Can you please contact ASAP. I have tried calling your 24 help line and I just get a voice mail message.

    Hello, my family and myself have booked to go to Bali on 8th June to 18th June flying with your airline. With regards to the recent coronavirus problem can we get a credit note for our booking and rebook when it is safe to do so.     I sent a cancellation email to your office on the 12/03/2020 and receiveda reply on the 13/03/2020.
    This reply confirmed my cancellation and wanted a confirmation from me of the card and booking details.
    I sent a confirmation reply that all was correct .Since then i have asked for a reply from you to confirm all is good .
    Now i have received an email to say no refund but can reschedule it.
    I do not have the abillity to reschedule. Can someone please reply to my emails.
