Who can avail Dubai Connect Service?
Passengers whose connecting flight stopover time is between 10 to 24 hours, they can avail this service and it is applicable to all the First Class, Business, and Economy class passengers.
Both inbound and outbound flights to / from Dubai must be Emirates only.

Dubai Connect Lounge Service
- You will get a complimentary hotel stay for some time till your next flight.
- You are required to show your credit card at the check-in
- For the extras like mini‑bar snacks, spa treatments or dining expenses are not included in Dubai connect service
How to book Dubai Connect Service?
- Visit the Emirates official website
- Log in using your sur name and reference number
- Go to Manage booking section and Choose the “Dubai Connect” Service
- Add the service at least 24 hours ahead of your flight to Dubai.
