How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Aegean Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Aegean:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://en.aegeanair.com/plan/my-booking/
- Enter the booking reference, last name
- Click “Continue” (or)
- Miles +Bonus user ID / Number and Password / Pin
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Aegean airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://en.aegeanair.com/refund-application/
- Go to “My Bookings” and Click ‘request a refund’ under Flight details
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
Through Aegean Call Centre
- For any changes on partially used tickets, return tickets or tickets with multiple segments, Reroutings and cancellations, you can contact Aegean Call Center.
- If you cannot request a refund online, you can fill the form here
- Enter the name, email, phone number
- Enter the Aegean ticket number, booking reference
- Enter the passenger name
- Click ‘Submit’
- Your request will be processed manually by the Aegean customer service person.
- You’ll be charged 20 EUR (per ticket) for each transaction via the AEGEAN Call Center.
* For codeshare flights, the fare rules and terms of transfer of the Airline operating the corresponding flight apply.

- If you have booked a Aegean flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact Travel Agency Office ID on www.olympicair.com/TravelAgents or www.aegeanair.com/travel-agents/
*Partially used tickets, taxes and fees will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
