How to Change / reschedule your travel date in Air Arabia through Online?
Here are the procedure to modify/cancel your day of travel or even the destination of your trip so easily on online 24 hours prior to your flight (72h for flights from/to Morocco). You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date.
- Visit https://www.airarabia.com/en/modify-flight
- Enter the last name, reservation number, departure date
- Click “Continue”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
Through Air Arabia Call Centre / Travel Agent
- You can cancel or modify your reservation by contacting Air Arabia call centre or sales offices and partner travel agents.
- Process, cancellation and modification fees will be applied for your reservation number.
- If you booked on Basic Fare, you can cancel/modify your reservation up to 24 hours from the scheduled departure time.
- For every Flexi purchase, you can cancel/modify 8 hours before the scheduled departure time at free cost.
- No cancel for flights from/to Morocco.
- Some reservations are not eligible for cancellations/modifications such as Promotional Tickets, Free Tickets, etc.
How to Change Name at Air Arabia Airlines?
- If the reservation is still hold, you can apply for FREE name change.
- Fee for each reservation on Air Arabia Sharjah & Air Arabia Abu Dhabi & EGP: AED 350.00/person
- Fee for Air Arabia Egypt: 600/person

How to get Refund from Air Arabia Airlines?
- Air Arabia does not have any refund policy.
- Amount paid will be retained in a form of Air Arabia Credit (Charges will be deducted for cancel).
- Use this amount on future flights within one year from the date of the payment date.
- Credit is not applicable for flights from/to Morocco
