How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Air China Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Air China:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.airchina.co.in/IN/GB/booking/manage-my-trips/
- Enter the ticket number, confirmation number and family/surname (or)
- Enter PhoenixMiles card number, Email, Password
- Click “Log in”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
7. If your ticket was not purchased through Air China website, you have to check through online service provided here.
How to get refund from Air China airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://www.airchina.co.in/IN/GB/online-refund-guide
- For E-ticket refund, enter online refund reference/surname or ticket number/surname to retrieve.
- For Refund Progress, enter Last name, Reference type, EMD Number
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Click “Submit”.
Through Air China Call Centre
- For refund on ticket purchased through our Call Center or any of our ticketing offices, please contact nearest Air China’s representative office.
- Your request will be processed manually by the Air China customer service person.
- If you purchased tickets on Air China’s U.S. website, for any ticket cancellation or to submit request please contact Air China’s U.S. hotline: +1-800-882-8122.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Air China flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
