How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Bangkok Airways?

1. Visit https://www.bangkokair.com/managing-my-booking
2. Enter the booking reference, last name
3. Click “Search”
4. Enter the flight details that you want to change
5. Select the date you want to reschedule
6. Confirm the submission.

How to get refund from Bangkok Airways for unused / partially used flight tickets?

By online

1. Visit https://www.bangkokair.com/refund
2. Enter the booking reference (6-digit alphanumeric characters).
3. Enter Bangkok ticket number, first name and last name.
4. Enter your Email Id, Contact number.
5. Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
6. Click “Submit”.

Through Bangkok Call Centre

• For any refund request, you can contact through Email: [email protected], Opening hours: 08:00 – 17:30 hrs. (GMT +7, Thailand local time)
• Your request will be processed manually by the Bangkok customer service person.

Through travel agent

• If you have booked a Bangkok flight ticket through any travel agent or airline partner, please contact them directly for your refund.

Refund on Lost Ticket

• For any lost Ticket or unused portion of the ticket not yet used (satisfactory proof of the loss, and of the evidence of payment), Bangkok airways will give you a refund or issue new Ticket (a Ticket for which a refund or replacement cannot be sought is a Ticket resulting from our own negligence).
• The person to whom the refund is made shall repay to Bangkok airways the amount refunded in the event of fraud and/or to the extent that the lost Ticket or portion of it is used by a third party (except where any fraud or use by a third party resulted from our own negligence).
• Ticket or any portion of it lost by the airline or airline Authorized Agent, the responsibility of the loss will be Bangkok Airways.
