- Go to “Booking” – Orders – My Booking
- Enter the order/ticket number, email (or)
- If you booked tickets from other channels, please check here (Enter ticket number & name)
- Click ‘Confirm’
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from China Southern airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?

- Visit https://www.csair.com/us/en/bookings/Change-Refund.shtml
- Go to ‘Online Services’ – Change/Refund
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Click ‘Submit’
