Change / reschedule your travel date in Copa Airlines:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://mytrips.copaair.com/
- Go to “To Travel” – Your trip – Manage your reservation
- Enter Copa reservation code/E-ticket number, surname
- Click “Find your reservation”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Copa Airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://www.copaair.com/es/web/gs/solicite-un-reembolso#
- If you have purchased ticket directly with Copa Airlines, through copa.com, the mobile application, the airport, the Reservation Center or Sales Offices you can go to “Services” and Click ‘request a refund’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Enter Copa reservation/e-ticket number, Booking code & Passenger details.
- Follow the steps required to enter the details
- Click “Submit”.
Through Copa Call Centre
- You can also contact Copa airlines offices for refund request.
- Your request will be processed manually by the Copa customer service person.
