How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Egyptair?

Here are the procedure to do online for Online Check-in, Change or cancel your trip. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date.
- Visit https://www.egyptair.com/my-reservations.
- Enter the Booking Reference Number and Passenger’s Last Name.
- Click your Bookings.
How to get refund from Egyptair for unused / partially used flight tickets?
Online Refund request
Refund requests must be submitted individually for each ticket in a record locator. While requesting a refund, you must also cancel the reservation for the applicable passenger(s).
- Visit https://www.egyptair.com/online-refund
- Enter Purchaser Information. (First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Telephone Number)
- Enter the Credit Card Information. (Payment Method, Card Number / Account ID, Expiration Date and Name of Credit Card holder as shown on card)
- Enter the Ticket Information.
- Click Submit.
