How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Ethiopian Airline?

Change / reschedule your travel date in Ethiopian:

Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date

1. Visit https://www.ethiopianairlines.com/in/book/trip/manage-booking
2. Enter the booking reference (six-digit alphabetical code)/PNR/Record Locator, last name
3. Click “Continue” (or)
4. Select the date you want to reschedule
5. Confirm the submission.

How to get refund from Ethiopian airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?

By online

1. Visit https://www.ethiopianairlines.com/aa/book/booking/exchange-and-refund
2. Go to “Menu” and Click ‘Exchange and Refund’ under “Book”
3. If you want to request for any exchanges on tickets or refunds, click the relevant form.
4. Enter the required details and submit.

Through Ethiopian Call Centre

• Tickets purchased on cash or through bank deposit, please contact the nearby Ethiopian Ticket office or your travel agency.
• If you made booking through mob app/Ethiopian Airlines official website, you can directly process refund by click here.
• Your request will be processed manually by the Ethiopian customer service person.

Through travel agent

• If you have booked a Ethiopian flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them directly for refund.

NOTES:

1. An additional NO SHOW fee will apply, if you have requested refund on or after the flight date.
2. Due to COVID-19, the refund process might take up to three to four weeks.
3. You can use the above form for change and cancellations, refund for extra services (Seat selection, Upgrading, Extra Baggage requests, WIFI services, Lounge access and Priority Boarding).
4. Once application is submitted by filling out request form, the request will not be reversed.
