How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Hainan Airlines?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Hainan:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.hainanairlines.com/US/US/Bookings
- Go to “Plan & Book” – Manage my bookings
- Enter Card Number/Email ID, Password (Member) (or)
- Enter Last name, E-ticket number, ID number (Guest)
- Click “Login”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Hainan Airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- If you cannot request a refund online, you can fill the form here
- Go to “My Bookings” and Click ‘request a refund’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Click “Submit”.
